Captain Gruff is the commander and chief of McGal and Spritz. He first appeared in "Out of Time".
Biography[]
In "Out of Time", Captain Gruff repetitively gave McGal and Spritz their orders, telling them to arrest the Loopers of Monday 12th, having committed a 3:33, but every time they arrested someone, they were always wrong. At the end of the episode, the duo arrested themselves, leaving Gruff angry and confused.
In "Back in the Saddle", Captain Gruff was mentioned in dialogue, having fired McGal and Spritz from the squad, for stupidly arresting themselves, which was also wrong.
